Liked: Location was great and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable also, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were areas that the smell of marijuana was present, which was unpleasant. There should be a policy in place for that.

Liked: The saltwater pool was amazing! Loved the room, the view, breakfast, and hospitality!
Disliked: The pool area could use an update, most of the lounge chairs were unusable. No fuel in the fireplace.

Liked: Property was beautiful! Breakfast was very good! Room was lovely. Location was wonderful!
Disliked: When I checked out Sunday around 830am the young woman at the front was MISERABLE! Didn't smile...didn't ask me if I enjoyed my stay...looked completely uninterested in me or anyone else...didn't smile..NEVER even looked at me! Looked like she HATED being there! NOT impressed! It's a good thing your hotel is lovely and located well otherwise I will WALK across to the Fairfield!!

Disliked: Check-in guest receptionist was telling me I had to pay $10 to park across the street in public parking for the shopping area. She said it was a hotel policy that they charge $10 wherever I parked. I got a little defensive. She took off the charge. She doesn’t like her job.
