Liked: Wonderful hotel and great staff!

I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The management needs to invest in the property. Housekeeping can only do so much with what they have to work with.

Liked: The location was close to the venue.
Disliked: The bedding and towels were clean but the room had a damp musty odor. The carpet and couch needed a thorough cleaning and I would not venture to take a bath in the tub.

Great for staff and poor...

Liked: The check-in staff, particularly the Devon and Patricia. I had called a day in advance for accommodations for my wife with a wheelchair. Devon committed to providing a wheelchair accessible room, and he made it happen. After check-in, I requested Patricia for a late checkout because of special needs, and she made it happen.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. The food was subpar, and the food selection area and seated area was too cramped.

Liked: Staff was very attentive, professional, and welcoming.
Disliked: Badroom had cracked wall and was very narrow between toilet and door making it difficult when opening door. Bedroom had bed very close to A/C unit and room smell humid.

Disliked: Bathroom in room 125 was very small, had to get close to the toilet to even close the door. Shower stall was very narrow. I'm sure all your rooms are not laid out this way.
