Best place to stay in...

Liked: Location is perfect. Right in the center of Knoxville, near theater and public garage. By the way, on weekends garage is free of charge, but quite overloaded.
Disliked: Everything was great

Disappointed will book directly with...

Disliked: No restaurant in this hotel, only a rooftop bar with limited selections, disappointing after a long trip.Our room on line said room with a view. It was a 3rd floor room viewing a building. The upgrade price was $40 for this. When questioning the front desk was told since we used Booking.com they couldn’t adjust the price. This was over priced and over marketed.
