Hyatt Place King of Prussia Philadelphia

This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Nothing the shower pressure was...

Liked: Nothing the shower pressure was bad hotel room dirty,the carpet was filthy the skirt part on the bed was dirty just look like they haven’t cleaned up in a minute the worst experience
Disliked: NOTHER NEVER AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND

Disliked: The breakfast was not good When we got to the breakfast around 8:30 the food was done its nit for kids in mind Asked for juice they didn’t have any that’s 8:30

Very good

Liked: The pool was a perfect temperature not warm but not too cool. The room was lovely had a beautiful stand up shower but I really wanted a tub. The pool helped me overcome the need for a soak.
Disliked: The incidental hold on my account that still remains. It was a bit inconvenient that cash isn't accepted along with card for incidental. I had to Uber to the store to deposit cash on my card that is still pending 15days later. My only complaint about the building itself would be the out of order elevator. 1 elevator 6 floors long wait.
