Hyatt Place King of Prussia Philadelphia

This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Disliked: I was not happy with the condition of the room considering the price that I paid you would not expect the wallpaper to be falling off of the walls the couch to be ripped or mold to be in the bathroom I just feel as if the entire presentation of the room was poor considering the amount of money that I spent to stay for one night.

Disliked: i checked in on monday and out on friday, they messed up my bill triple charging me tieing up my extra funds for the week, finally fixed on my last day there and they never cleaned the room all week, iam just glad i had enough towels to get through and a second roll of tp. the in room coffee was never refilled and no microwave in the room you have to go to the lobby to use one and no vending machines in the building. i will look elseware next time.
