Hyatt Place King of Prussia Philadelphia

This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Okay for the price but...

Liked: I liked that it had pretty decent breakfast the hotel room was nice. The staff was pretty nice as well
Disliked: We had a huge wet spot on our carpet which made the room smell like moldy water. The hallway to our room also kind of smelled and the elevators were kinda dirty

Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working which made us wait longer to go in and out.

Disliked: They seem to be short on staff the hotel entrance, dining area elevators hallways stairways were all really dirty. We asked to have our room cleaned and restocked with coffey and both times they partially cleaned and never restocked coffee.

Liked: The area
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms was told one price for rooms 1 room price was accurate 2nd room was almost a 100 dollar difference after the attendant said they were both the same price. Didn't know anything was different til we checked out. Called the hotel back after leaving about the difference between theb2 rooms was told to contact booking .Com. did that booking .Com said it's on the hotel because they are the ones who collect the money. Very disappointed and will be filling a dispute.

Disappointing

Liked: comforable room
Disliked: We chose this specifically for the pool. When the man closed the pool because of vandalism (understandably), he told me he could not fix it because he did not have a bathing suit enabling him to get into the water. If the only thing holding reopening the pool back was a bathing suit, then that was a lame excuse.
