It was good

Liked: It was good. Need someone dedicated to breakfast and someone working the front desk
Disliked: Need ice machines on every floor.Need microwaves in rooms at least by request

Could be better especially for...

Liked: The size of the room was nice, very comfortable beds, and layout of room was perfect!
Disliked: The location is very hard to find; especially at night, the address through google and Apple Maps is incorrect, not enough elevators for the capacity, wouldn’t answer the phone because a toddler was playing on the phone. It took me over a hour to get someone on the phone to get help to the location. Then our room wasn’t clean!!! Then had to go downstairs and fight over the elevator, to go back up and take all our belongings out the room and back down and back up!! Very frustrating and still fighting for the elevator!!!

Liked: The location and ease of access.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. There weee cobwebs going from the ceiling to the wall and the floor felt dirty. The ac made an annoying sound and it looked like it was in a state of disrepair. There was a fridge but no microwave.

This hotel stay was awesome...

Avoid it was gross

Liked: The staff especially the front desk lady who was super nice and polite
Disliked: The shower had no water pressure and was making loud squealing noise and just spat water out randomly,the in room refrigerator was broken and not on and was halfway out its housing, the pillows smelt dirty and super uncomfortable,woke up in the morning to a giant puddle of water that puddled up between the beds and soaked my bag with my clean clothes in it and had my electronics in it so I had no clean clothes when I woke up for the 2 hrs of sleep I got total time after checking in I spent there was 6 hrs then checked out at 7 am, there was so much dust all over the TV remote and the shelf inbetween the beds I cleaned the water up with the 2 towels they supplied and after cleaning the water up the towels were black from the dirt on the floor. I booked 1 king size bed and I got 2 queen size beds without asking.
