Liked: I loved the location on Highland colony, the convenience. Nice rooms.
Disliked: The fire alarm in our room went off ALL night You know how that interferes with sleep. Yes, we did go report it. Was told they would come check it, also told my grandson not to touch it. He stayed up till after 12:00, waiting. At least your staff could have called us that they were NOT coming, or offered another room. Very disappointed for such a nice hotel.

Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: Sheets did not fit bed so came off and slept on the mattress cover the whole night. Too hot and rooms did not properly cool off. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hyatt Place properties. Juice was clearly watered down and limited options for add ins to coffee (only skim milk and creamers)
