Liked: The property was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the location was great. Right outside the front door is a community of multiple restaurants. An added plus- IKEA is right next door! We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

PERFECT LOCATION

Liked: LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING. CELEBRATING BIRTHDAY, SO EATING, GOLF, A FEW BARS AND WATCHING THE PACERS. WONDERFUL PLACE AND REALLY LIKED THE AREA OUTSIDE OR THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND HAPPY HOUR BEFORE OUR DINNER RESERVATIONS
Disliked: I BOOKED THRU BOOKNG.COM . I CALLED THE HOTEL 3 TIMES ASKING IF MY PAYMENT WENT THRU. 2 TIMES I WAS TOLD YES AND 1 TIME NO. I HAD MY CC STOLEN AND HAD TO GET A NEW ONE. THUS THE REASON I CALLED. I CALLED ONE LAST TIME ON JUNE 10TH. SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NOT AT THE FRONT DESK AND HE SAID 100% THAT THIS WAS PAID FOR. I AM THINKING GREAT. WELL I GET THERE ARE I AM TOLD NO IT'S NOT, I QUESTION IT, I AND EMBARRASED, IN FRONT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE I'M TOLD IT WAS, ASKED TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER PERSON, SHE SAID SHE RAN MY CARD IN FEBRUARY AND REMEMBERS IT DIDN'T GO THRU.????? SO I'M LIKE WELL IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN WHY, WHY WHY, AM I TOLD 3 TIMES IT IS FULLY PAID FOR. TO ME THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT REALLY UPSET ME AND THE HYATT PLACE IN FISCHERS. FOR A PERSON WHO WORKED IN TRAVEL AND A PERSON WHO ALSO PROFESSIONALLY TRAVELLED FOR WORK FOR 42 YEARS, I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SOME TYPE OF NOTICE THAT IT DIDN'T GO THRU. PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TAD BIT BETTER

Overall it was a good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. There was good selection of options. The area was vibrant.
Disliked: The hotel was short staffed. They were checking people's names at breakfast which was weird.

Good business hotel

Liked: This is a comfortable and peaceful hotel with great service.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the breakfast options were not varied and lacked vegetables. They only offered eggs, bacon, potatoes, and refined sugars. It would be much better if healthier options were included.
