Disliked: Requested cleaning service after the first of 2 nights in the same room and did not receive it. That was disappointing.

Liked: Location is great! Close to everything we could walk.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. The pancakes were hard and they had ran out of bacon and sausage so choices were very limited. Also wish they served breakfast until 10 pm the weekdays.

Great location, but not worth...

Liked: It was downtown right across from the stadium where we were going.
Disliked: $45 for parking. The valet uses a confusing app so it was charged against the room and you could potentially pay twice on the app. Not explained at all. The room was smaller than I expected. For $388 per night, we really should have gotten more space. That was more than my son paid for a bridal suite in Cincinnati. The breakfast was okay. Very crowded and not enough tables/chairs. People were bumping into each other and they kept running out of utensils/food items.
