I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Huntsville. I absolutely love this place! We were too tired to get up for breakfast but it sounded awesome…will do that on the next visit. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and making us feel like we were home!

Liked: Beautiful hotel with good sized rooms. Very clean, new and nestled in trees so it felt private and secure. The staff were fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better and more welcoming place after driving 450 miles!

Disliked: I requested an early check at 2 and I understand that it’s not guaranteed. They couldn’t let us check in at 2 because the room had no towels. So, we left and came back at 4pm (regular check in time) and they said it would be another 45 minutes before we could check in. Others were coming in and checking in that had parties of 3 or more and when I asked why they could get in their rooms and we couldn’t, she told me that they had different rooms, like king beds instead of 2 queens. I explained to her that we had to be somewhere at 5:30 and we had to get ready or we would be late and we had spent a lot of money to attend the function we had traveled there for. I explained that we didn’t need any towels that we just needed to get ready. She called someone and asked if they could do a walk through and see if the towels were ready. She got a call back and the room was ready and had towels. This created a lot of panic on our part and we were the only ones waiting on a room I. That lobby. One guy checked 3 people in that had not even arrived yet because when they got there, he met them in the lobby and the lady said thank you for you checking us in already! They went right in up to their room. I totally understand that early check in can’t be guaranteed, but the lack of effort and concern from the front desk attendant was unacceptable. Until I questioned and explained the situation, she did nothing to try and help. She never apologized or attempted to call and see what could be done or anything.

Good space but not for...

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room that we stay was spacious and comfortable. Location was good, close to attractions and across from the mall with a lot of restaurants. It did not felt very family friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The front desk staff could do better, the room that we booked was a suite and they try to give me a room with two beds. They didnt apologize for giving me the wrong room and it wouldnt be ready until almost 5pm (check in is at 4pm). They try to save in little things, so no soap to wash your hands unless you ask the front desk and only 1 roll of toilet paper. The room was for 6 but there were only 4 towles. And no room service (or they didnt cleam my room while I was there). Very limited breakfast options and it is only until 9am
