Late check in unfriendly staff....

Disliked: Check in process took over a extra 2 hours from listed item. Check in lady was not friendly and staff was generally unprofessional and not what you would think for people at work. Room was okay not as clean as it should have been. Towel smelled of pool water every single set that we requested.
