I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Huntsville. I absolutely love this place! We were too tired to get up for breakfast but it sounded awesome…will do that on the next visit. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and making us feel like we were home!

Liked: Beautiful hotel with good sized rooms. Very clean, new and nestled in trees so it felt private and secure. The staff were fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better and more welcoming place after driving 450 miles!

Late notice that the hotel...

Liked: The property called me the day before my arrival to let me know they overbooked the hotel and the room (1 bedroom) would not be available. I called booking and the agent spoke to the hotel while I was in the line. She said that she (the booking.com agent) canceled my reservation and there would be no charge. She then booked me another property. Later I received an email from Hyatt saying they were charging my account because I was a no show. I am very disappointed in Hyatt and booking.com for still not resolving this issue and refunding my money.
