Liked: First day i loved the breakfast and i love the comfort. The tall guy that worked over night was very nice and helpful with our questions. He seemed happy and the lady that checked us in was very nice also. I love ppl that enjoy doing there jobs.
Disliked: The ladies at breakfast didnt seem happy,they barely smile. How can you enjoy breakfast looking at how they face was looking. Also the second day yall didnt have waffles,the waffles what makes the breakfast because the rest of what you guys had was not so cool. So breakfast was a bummer the next day.

Liked: Well, we didn’t get to stay in this hotel because when we arrived there was no room available for us told to us by the staff. The staff just sent us away. They tried to called us but I missed their called.
Disliked: There shouldn’t be a confirmation if no room was available.

Liked: I don't know why i have 154$ chagre after i check out ?

Checkin was a breeze, breakfastwas...

Liked: Room was clean the shower was everything ! 3miles away from Katy mills mall , bar open until 2am We will be back !
