Liked: Nothing much
Disliked: They charged to park my car.It should have been complimentary.Even after 1 month of the visit,and ne calling them up from outside Ysa,they haven't refunded my deposit of 150 US dollars

Liked: Almost everything.
Disliked: Didn't have the choice of using the stairs. Sometimes long wait on the elevators. Staff at first was a bit rude. By the end of my stay we ironed out our miscommunication. GM Queenie was the BEST. Thank you.
