Liked: It was an easy commute to downtown.
Disliked: My experience is not good. I have stayed at many Hyatt hotels, this stay was more like a motel stay. The room smelt bad. There was a horrible smell on the carpet. There wasn’t a phone or microwave in the room. The bathroom was small with a lowered ceiling. You can tell there was severe water damage as the patch work was very visible. There was rust on the appliances. I wasn’t informed that the room wasn’t cleaned nightly. I asked for more towels since mine didn’t get taken away, I was informed by the front desk they may not have enough towels. There were stains on the curtains and covers. The breakfast was more of a continental breakfast, which was not what was advertised. Also during check out no one was at the front desk- wasn’t asked about my stay. I will never stay at this hotel again. I know to always read the reviews before booking a stay.

My stay was comfortable.

Liked: Great experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Clean rooms and location was near my event.
Disliked: The breakfast melons had a bad taste. I believe that someone put some kind of purée ,on the melon, trying to sweeten it. I would say overall the breakfast was good.
