Bad smell

Liked: Yes the room was smelling bad because the hallway was sticky so bad l did complain about that bad smell to the front desk l don’t know what they did the smell was still there. Our toilet got overflow and the dirty water was all over the bathroom so we got to switch rooms in middle of night. I will never ever will stay with Hyatt again

Overall, my stay was ok....

Liked: It was nice that breakfast was provided, the building and rooms were clean, and the staff was nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was a horrible sewer smell in the room, a new room was provided which didn't have the smell, but I did notice the smell when running the water or after flushing the toilet. I did not like that there wasn't any microwaves in the rooms.

Disliked: Huge issue with payment for my friends. The 2 women who worked nights didn't properly complete the transaction. My friends ended up paying twice. It remains to be seen if the original transaction is refunded.
