Could've been better

Liked: The queen beds were comfortable and I liked that they had breakfast.
Disliked: We didn't like the pull-out sofa bed. It was so flat to sleep on you could feel the springs from underneath. Also the sheets on it had blood stains and dog hair. When we asked for another sheet they gave us a flat sheet instead of fitted. Also there was no pillows for that bed. The pool was cloudy and we also found someone's dreadlocks on the bottom. We did let the receptionist know and she apologized and said she didn't know when it had last been cleaned. At night there were so many kids running back and forth in the hallway and so many loud people in cars outside. Around 2am someone was fighting in the hallway and even threatened to get a pistol. The environment just felt ghetto. We didn't like that in the morning you can't take your breakfast back into your room. That is such an inconvenience when you have a bunch of little ones that can't really be quiet or still with others around.

Liked: The breakfast was okay. I loved how clean it looked and smelled.
Disliked: I didn’t like the having to return my towels at the front desk to receive more.

I will never stay again

Liked: No clean towels, no management, multiple times no staff at front desk. Interior is dirty very dirty. Bathroom was the worst.
Disliked: Understaffed, dusty, dirty rooms, no CLEAN TOWELS

Don’t stay because they steal...

Disliked: I am very disappointed with this hotel, because they don’t return my deposit ( $ 50.00 ) more than 15 days, be careful because many customers probably they had been the same issue .

Terrible poor customer service

Liked: The facility was clean and breakfast was good
Disliked: The staff! The staff the staff! I waited over 50 mins for a representative to come to the front desk my spouse was calling and the individual at the location picked up and said “yeah” when she explained the long wait and dissatisfaction they replied with “ is that all you call to tell me” . When he came back to me he laughed and said I guess I have your wife on the phone. I let it go because I was exhausted the next morning I was eating breakfast and I touched base with front desk and the representative was even more rude and I told me the shuttle wasn’t coming which I confirmed an 8:15 am pick up I asked when he would be telling me and he advised you were eating breakfast and didn’t seem very worried I asked for this guys name because it seems to be a trend with staff at this location and his demeanor changed quickly and he then wanted to be helpful and got transportation to the airport. Very dissatisfied when I called to speak with a manager I was told they would have to call me back almost a week later haven’t heard anything.
