Liked: There were no breakfast options and water for the facility was out! I was not notified before paying for the room. Found out once getting to the room.

Short but sweet
Liked: I feel with a mask and gloves. The breakfast should remain a hot breakfast instead of sweets and cereal.

Call and get details on...
Liked: The location was very ideal. It was at most 10 mins away from majority of the places we visited. The night staff was friendly and a lot more laid back/welcoming than the day shift staff. Valet gets 5 stars !! They were all kind.
Disliked: When booking, it said I could pay in cash at the desk. Once I arrived that was not the case at all. I came in with cash, only to be told they couldn?t accept it due to Covid so I was forced to use a card. I would?ve been okay with that but I was then told , cash could be used to purchase the beverages they had (doesn?t make sense right ? what happened to Covid ?). The guy checking me in had no regards to how I felt about that. However aside from that check-in was a breeze. Another issue was the fact that it was valet parking only but online it gave an option for paid self parking. They won?t take cash because of Covid but feel safe enough to drive our vehicles amid the same pandemic ? Hmm . We didn?t receive housekeeping service which was posted online so that was fine. They were definitely prompt whenever we called for amenities such as towels or toilet paper. Overall I expected more from them. I work at a front desk myself and things are totally different even amid Covid. They also need to reach out to booking and whatever 3rd party sites they are affiliated with to make the changes known so guests aren?t being surprised upon arrival. *I can however say that the rooms were clean. If I came for a clean room only and nothing else , I?d definitely return.
