Liked: The location was good and easy to find, and it was conveniently accessible to the expressway. Parking was adequate. The bed was comfortable. The 6th floor was quiet. I did sleep well. Buffet breakfast was average.
Disliked: The room was advertised with a refrigerator, but it was a Mini-refrigerator. No microwave. The toilet/shower room was too small. Had to enter the "room" and step between the toilet & wall to close the door. Not enough electrical outlets & the 1 charging adapter that was next to the bed, didn't work. There was only one outlet by the sink that I could use for all my electrical utensils - phone, iPad, hair dryer, laptop computer & digital reader & other hair tools. The internet was not a secure WiFi & the cable/tv channels available were ridiculously few & most didn't work . I travel to the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area at least twice a year & try different hotels when I do. I usually only look for the ones that are rated very good or excellent. Yours was reviewed as very good/excellent in a couple of sites. But I would only give it a fair/good. rating. Sorry, but it needs updating.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Coffee maker was filthy. Emergency sprinkler was covered in dust. Window curtain had holes. Carpet was stained. No trash bags available. Bathroom smelled musty. Breakfast was gross. No laundry facility.

Liked: Wonderful breakfast, and amazingly, comfortable beds!
Disliked: It was kind of loud in the evenings! Seems to be a party hotel

Disliked: My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge due to card issues. The card I had on file to book the room was valid and no payment was needed until I checked in. However when I checked in, my reservation was cancelled due to a card error. When I proceeded to offer another card to put on file, they said it was already cancelled and there was nothing they could do. I was with my fiancé, son, and our dog…with our luggage. It was very unfortunate to had to of been turned away.
