Were told they didn't have...

Liked: Don't know
Disliked: Not a jab at the hotel I suppose but we never got our room we were told by employees that they never got our reservation from booking.com. we had confirmation # and everything yet no place to stay had to sleep in our car since all the hotels were sold out out for some reason.

The best experience I’ve had...

Liked: Our stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves at the bar area. The night crew was excellent I’d like to give them all five stars for their service and we will be staying again and will recommend it to others.
