Cute hotel with great views

Liked: Pretty grounds, nice, new rooms, great rooftop bar
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was subpar compared to what I would expect at say a Holiday Inn express

Very good

Liked: Clean. Very professional and friendly staff. Safe location.
Disliked: Loud in rooms. Able to hear the traffic or the AC system in the room.

Superb

Liked: I loved the fact that I could wash clothes just down the hall. I had only brought 2 pair of shorts and needed to wash them from our time in Williamsburg, so it was very convenient.
Disliked: Perfume smell in the hallway got a little much.

Overall property was nice &...

Liked: Good location. Clean. Trendy. Saltwater pool. Outside seating area w/fire-pits was nice.
Disliked: Found out at check-in that breakfast was not included despite it being listed on the booking. No ironing board in the room. Expensive for its minimal room amenities.
