SISTA SISTA TIME!

Liked: From front desk! Friendly help us out to find great spots to eat..shop...rooms clean..comfty beds! Quiet hotel! Breakfast delish...fresh juice great staff!
Disliked: The pool was closed...but for treatment! ...the pool person walked us right to the door took sign off! Pool was clean sparkling and oh so inviting!

WORST experience ever!

Disliked: False advertisement. There was no bar they didn't sell food and the pool was closed. Small lobby no outside seating. We had two suites I called and asked for connecting rooms I was told they didn't have any availability. So I asked for rooms that were either next to each other or across from each other. Finally after asking the front desk staff we were given rooms next to each other. Our room had to be moved because it was hair on the sheets and on the pillow. Room 1Our room had to be moved again because of hair in the sheets and pillows again. Room 2 both on the 5th floor Finally room number 3 was clean however moved to floor 6 our neighbor had a barking dog they left in the room. Unfortunately we could not be moved there was a track and field event going on. No rooms available to move.There was not a bar or restaurant that served Food as per the website stated a bar and the option to purchase food. We thought every room had microwaves but only the specialty rooms came with a microwave. There was not hot water after breakfast to make tea or coffee The breakfast could be better. The pool was not open however that was ok because the weather wasn't hot enough for the pool. My family and I have stayed at the Hyatt many times and this was the worst experience we ever had!The location is great close to shopping and downtown

MANAGER WITH NO CLASS

Liked: The room itself was great. The attendants was very polite. Food was delicious.
Disliked: However there was a mix-up with booking and the hotel and the manager was VERY rude, belligerent, disrespectful and stubborn. To think with his job title he should have treated me with more dignity and respect.

Liked: We only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we were looking for - convenient location, very spacious room, quite comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing that bugs me(and it's not even that big of deal, I would totally stay here again) is the size of the bathroom. For the size of the room, the bathroom is almost comically small. It would have been nice to take 10-15 sq ft from the room and add it to the bathroom, so you can open and close the door without tripping over the toilet.
