Liked: Jenna greeted us so graciously when we arrivedand we were even able to check in early. She was pleasant and very helpful. Some of the other staff, less so. They have lavendar in a bowl by the elevators, and you can put a spoonful in the little bags and have a pillow sachet. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but the chairs are too low for the tables. Comfortable, just too low. We had an accessible room, so it was large and the beds were comfortable, but lacking shelf space in the bathroom. We were in town for the Air Supply concert. This hotel is conveniently close to Peace Center and walkable to Main Street attractions. We loved the spice store and the oil and vinegar store. Oh, and the candle shop!!! And if you really like cooking, check out the Cook Station on Buncombe. The turkey pear sandwich was delicious.
Disliked: Well, it rained on the one day we had to gad about and was beautiful the day we had to leave. We wanted to stay longer, but we missed our dogs.
