This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, better than some high end hotels. Thought the breakfast plan was very good. Checking in and out was very efficient.
Liked: Clean room; friendly staff.
Disliked: The tub needed new strips to keep one from slipping.

The location was good with...
Disliked: Kids were running up and down the hallways late at night. The bed was horrible, worn out.

Disappointed in the location but...
Liked: The hotel was not as clean and well kept as other Hyatt hotels I've stayed. I was very disappointed at the condition of the hotel and price. I paid $162.00 for a hotel that was unclean and outdated. I will not plan another stay at that location. But overall, Hyatt hotels have always been our favorite family hotel of choice.
Disliked: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Passable
Disliked: The hotel was nice, but it was clearly understaffed. The bartender was very sweet and did her best, but she wasn’t a trained bartender and was also responsible for making the drinks and cooking the food. The breakfast area was quite small, and there was only one cook handling everything on her own including preparing the food and cleaning up afterward.

A very good stay
Liked: The cleanness of the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly people
Disliked: They canceled my booking before my arrival in 30 minutes, they faced an issue with the online payment and immediately they canceled my booking, instead of trying again within one hour they canceled it while I am on the way to the hotel. Also I blame booking.com because I sent email to the property through them before my arrival time to confirm my arrival time but they didn't forwarded it to the hotel which is caused my booking cancelation.
