Hyatt Place Greensboro

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, better than some high end hotels. Thought the breakfast plan was very good. Checking in and out was very efficient.

Liked: Clean room; friendly staff.
Disliked: The tub needed new strips to keep one from slipping.

Worst hotel ever

Liked: Nothing absolutely nothing was good about this place, front desk I will not mention her name but this whole "business" is a joke you'd think since you have a older woman working upfront she'd be more professional boy was I wrong
Disliked: Soon as we go to check in the front desk lady tried to make me pay for a room that I already paid for them pretty much told me I was sol when I told her and shown her my booking and payment receipt, told me to call booking stayed on the phone with booking for 2 hours when I go back in to tell her to check the email she just walks off wandering around on her phone talking to her gm, she said well I can give y'all a room but no room key, so if you need to you can keep coming down here and I'll let you in like no ma'am I paid money I want room keys at this point I was just fed up went to see said room we stayed in it maybe a hour and was just done and fed up because whats the point of paying for a room that I have to go and get someone to let me into every time I need to go in or out, her attitude and professionalism is not there, I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Waste of money and time, it was non refundable which didn't matter to the lady up front when I'm telling her I already paid, just don't stay here 3 people who were not happy with them checked out at 8pm while I was checking in that should have been my clue,

A Great Oasis in Greensboro

Liked: The room was spacious with a sofa, sitting area and an additional nook with the microwave, fridge and mini dresser. The dresser top can also function as a space to sit or place luggage. Very well designed. And the FREE breakfast is amazing: fresh fruit salad, oatmeal, and three to four hot dishes (eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc.). That was the biggest and best surprise.

Disliked: Bad and disrespectful customer service When I checked in the women who ever is working that night she is not professional and she doesn’t have welcome face, to be honest I wish to cancel but that was late night,she worn a mask wich is good but I can’t hear what she said, also she don’t like to answer my questions, if I ask any thing she completely ignore me, she not disservice work there but other staff they really nice and helper specially the women’s she look manager and the guy who was clean the pool they are professional with respect.
