Hyatt Place Greensboro

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, better than some high end hotels. Thought the breakfast plan was very good. Checking in and out was very efficient.

Liked: Clean room; friendly staff.
Disliked: The tub needed new strips to keep one from slipping.

Liked: Convenient to people I was visiting, quiet, comfortable room, nice hot breakfast
Disliked: TV didn’t work which was frustrating. I reported it as I departed. Tissues were poor quality

Liked: The only thing I would say that I didn’t like was we were there 4 days 3 nights and not any of those days were the beds made by staff even after the 1st day when they didn’t I requested it they still did not do it. Since no one came in the first night I had to go get towels and we ran out of toilet paper havingto find a cleaning cart to get toilet paper. The breakfast was awesome! The workers were very friendly and the hotel was clean in the common areas.

Decent, clean and good for...

Liked: Overall decent, clean hotel. Breakfast was cleaned up well before 10a and once the coffee was gone, nothing additional was made. The walls/doors allowed for any and every noise and conversation happening in the hall to be heard in the room. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and the deck was not available to sit outside.

Disliked: No microwave in the rooms only in lobby

Happy times at the Hyatt

Liked: We arrived around 11, but check in wasn't until 3. I told"Sunshine"we were tired and needed our room now. She went ahead and readjusted the bill. The room was Great, front desk was helpful and accommodating. The only draw back was they didn't come clean our room when we would leave for the day. And we had to ask for more towels. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
