Liked: Breakfast was very bland. I’ve had much better at lesser places.
Disliked: Room was outdated. Carpet torn. Tile in shower dingy TV signal went out every rainstorm. Multiple times over two night stay

Great, stay great location, excellent...

Liked: Excellent, stay.. great location. hotel staff. was very attentive.. Room was very comfortable nice, roomy. And the city view was awesome... I fell asleep like a baby. Breakfast was good.... first time in greensboro I would definitely come back..
Disliked: I wouldn't say that I didn't like it but parking in the garage with a large SUV was a little challenge but yeah, not bad. It is typical, it is a parking garage after all.!!

Horrible customer service

Liked: Clean lobby and good free breakfast
Disliked: Booked a regular room. Upon arrival was put in an ADA handicapped room. It was gross, the shower was disgusting, the shower head was up to my sons chest as it was designed for a handicapped person to use while sitting down. When I called down they said the only other room was a suite. I asked to be moved since this was not the room I booked. They charged me over $100 extra and would not waive the charge.

Clean, comfy, reasonable.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfy. We didn't have issues with noise or anything. The room was well equipped.
Disliked: The parking deck was a little confusing but we got the hang of it
