Overall, it’s a nice place...

Liked: Had plenty room for my family, beds comfortable, has a great gym, has a pool. Laundry located conveniently & front desk was always helpful in giving us change & the whole staff was friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast included. Coffee & water always available. Food could also be ordered at the bar later at night, which was very helpful on a cpl occasions, with plenty of seating for families, & sports on the tv.
Disliked: Pool is indoor/outdoor, not fully enclosed so you’re exposed to the elements, heated but not that heated, so it was a chilly experience to swim in the evening. Pool is also on the small/shallow side, & the seating area is small, so if more than our family was using at the same time, it would feel crowded. The breakfast could use a little management, a little more variety & planning of the flow/layout, a host/attendant. Food through bar could have a more kid-friendly option like chicken tenders, plain cheeseburger (burger was spicy, which was fine for me, but if I was getting one for a young child, it wouldn’t work) The parking is valet-only (if there was a free option off the property, I’m not sure where it was) so this added several hundred dollars to our stay.

Liked: The hotel itself was great. The room was a perfect size. Staff was very kind. Breakfast choices were great. Liked the idea of the indoor pool we didn't have a chance to enjoy it but I like the option.
Disliked: Didn't like having the air conditioning vents as our view from the window. Parking wasn't very convenient as well. Also, having to pay for breakfast per person was a bit much considering the price for the stay already and paying for parking.

Disliked: I am in the middle of dealing with being charged twice for our room. The hotel says they don't see the second charge on their end but it is clearly charged on my card. I have called the hotel three times to try and resolve it and now I'm in the midst of disputing this with my bank. Ludicrous. A large corporate hotel such as Hyatt should not make this so difficult. What a waste of time!
