Liked: The property is too cramped. The rooms are just average. There is no safe, no paper pads, no pens in the room. It’s pretty bare bones. The lobby is small and valet area is extremely tight and expensive. There are better hotel options in the area.

Perfect location for Universal Studio...

Liked: Great location for visiting Universal Studios. (15 min)it right next to a large shopping mall.great options for breakfast outside.nice lobby.great view from the window.
Disliked: the hotel breakfast was a bit slim.the room was a bit crowded for a family of 5, but for 4 its perfect.parking in the hotel is 50$ per night...there are a lot of public parking lots around.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We came down for breakfast and the food was mostly gone. Guess if you're not there early, you miss out!
