Perfect location for Universal Studio...

Liked: Great location for visiting Universal Studios. (15 min)it right next to a large shopping mall.great options for breakfast outside.nice lobby.great view from the window.
Disliked: the hotel breakfast was a bit slim.the room was a bit crowded for a family of 5, but for 4 its perfect.parking in the hotel is 50$ per night...there are a lot of public parking lots around.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We came down for breakfast and the food was mostly gone. Guess if you're not there early, you miss out!

Fantastic staff, spacious clean room,...

Liked: The staff of the hotel were incredible! They were very accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make their guest feel welcome. The room was very spacious and clean, plus the location is increíble walking distance to everything. We loved it here and will definitely stay again.
