Our stay was very good....

Liked: Location and breakfast were very good
Disliked: The wifi connection was not that good. I experienced problems with my cell and IPad, I kept losing the wifi connection.

OVERALL I ENJOYED THE PEACE...

Liked: LOCATION IS VERY PRACTICAL ...WALKABLE SUPERMARKET ...SHORT DRIVE TO ROOSEVELT MALL & VARIOUS RESTAURANTS STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING, BOTH FRONT DESK & HOUSE KEEPERS, GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR REST & RELAXATION, BECAUSE EVEN GROWN UPS NEED A "TIME OUT"
Disliked: THE VIEW, TREES WERE PRETTY & SKY WAS VERY NICE BUT ONLY OF A DUMPSTER & PARKING LOT, NOT HAVING A WALK IN SHOWER, ALTHOUGH BATHROOM WAS ROOMY MAYBE A SMALLER SOFA TO FIT A MINI DINING SPACE WHEN BRINGING IN TAKE OUT

The overal experience was nice....

Liked: Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean.
Disliked: We booked a king size room and the bed was definitely a queen size. The breakfast was not good. $11 dollars for a breakfast that consisted of cereal and cold food. The coffee was awful. Paid for a salad and had a hair in it. Don’t recommend eating there unless you bring your own.

Liked: Very friendly staff (especially the new employees such as Andrew who were undergoing training during our stay), really spacious and well appointed rooms, indoor pool & gym area and excellent breakfast. Fantastic value for money. Very highly recommended.
Disliked: Some of the carpets outside the elevators on the 5th floor were badly worn/frayed.

A nice overnight stay on...

Liked: Ease of check in and check out, size of room
Disliked: Could not connect TV to wifi for online streaming services; a few spiders in the room

Liked: I loved absolutely everything but the bed .. Not so sure why my bed was so hard like it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I was very disappointed about that because I suffer from sciatica. I have stayed at this hotel many times and loved every single thing about it. Of the mattresses changed then changing them was a bad idea because I flipped all night and barley slept.
Disliked: Mattress and the surprise pricing on breakfast..Online through booking it still says free. I was told I should call booking but honestly Hyatt should call and tell them to stop false advertising..

Very poor

Disliked: While as per booking confirmation breakfast was included in price , in reality I was charged and received rude reply from both the receptionist and kitchen manager when I tried to show them my booking. Despite me emailing twice the resort and letting them know that this was included I have not received any reply, action or apology for rudeness. Would double check before booking with this hotel if what is confirmed on booking actually applies.
