We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Liked: Courteous, helpful staff; lovely rooms; convenient location.
Disliked: No microwave.

Great Location

Liked: location, breakfast and nice room
Disliked: Trailer parking was a long ways away once you figured out where it was. 40% taxes and fees on top of the room rate make it very expensive and not a good value.

Liked: Super close to everything!
Disliked: Property staff was sub par. Rooms weren’t ready at designated check in time and then in the morning the fire alarm went off for no reason. Customer service could use work.

Great value for location. Clean...

Liked: Breakfast was mid. But, it was also free so it was fine.
Disliked: A very strong air freshener is either piped in or in an ac filter. I looked for anything plugged in but couldn’t find. Migraines due to fragrance sensitivity is an issue for both people in room. It seemed to dissipate so it was fine in the end. There weren’t many convenient charging options in room. Which wasn’t a huge deal. I wasn’t told about the parking fee upon check in. It was very reasonable, though. Considering that this is in the heart of Stockyards, I understand the fragrance thing, though you really didn’t notice any smell anywhere unless it was during the cattle walk. All these things are small issues and I’d absolutely stay again.

Liked: Hotel was great! Only thing I would add would be some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and available coffee in the lobby.
