We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Liked: Courteous, helpful staff; lovely rooms; convenient location.
Disliked: No microwave.

Perfect stay for your Stockyards...

Liked: Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and welcoming. The cucumber water during the day was much appreciated. Breakfast was yummy. Plus, you can’t beat the location.
Disliked: The elevator was quite slow, but I didn’t mind taking the stairs.
