We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Disliked: No microwave.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: I love the location, it is in the middle of the Stockyard which makes getting anywhere very easy. I also love the pool.

Liked: Location is excellent. Able to walk everywhere in the stockyards. Rooms are clean and comfortable
Disliked: Minimal on premises food. Have breakfast buffet and a short menu café during the day and evening. No room service. No safe
