Disliked: No notice of construction when making reservation then told hours of construction was 9-6 but at 8am woken up by workers yelling below my window

Liked: The breakfast was very nice. The staff was excellent. However, the supervisor on duty Vanessa stated that my fee of $250 would be waived. I’m still waiting for this.
Disliked: Was told by Vanessa, who is the manager at the property, that a fee of $250 would be waived off my bill, it has not been resolved as of now. This is very upsetting and was not appropriate. I was also told that I would be called yesterday to confirm. This did NOT happen. No follow up with by Management. I was also double booked. I was charged twice for 2 nights. I expected to pay $98 per night for 2 nights. My credit card was charged for over $700. Two separate times. This is a huge problem and was very frustrating.

Liked: Firstly, your team exhibited excellent customer service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a shortage of washcloths. The breakfast was ok.. would have liked a bit more fruit options and pancakes instead of only waffles.The supervisor was always kind and courteous. The wifi was terribleAll in all, it was a good stay..

Disliked: The view from our room was not that great being that there was 2 storage containers in view
