Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Hurst

Will never stay there again

Liked: Nothing, never again. The staff was nice to us.
Disliked: The pool was dirty and stayed dirty. Our rooms were full beds, not queens, there was a bag Cheetos and mice poop under the couch cushions and water under the rug around the sink. No microwave

Meh. Not great but not...

Liked: Location. Spacious room
Disliked: Most limited breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. No yogurt. The fruit was frozen solid. Eggo waffles?! Wallpaper peaking off in the bathroom. Carpet frayed in he hallway and funky smell.

Great place to stay give...

Liked: Great location a lot of stuff to around the area. Clean facility.
Disliked: Beds were a little uncomfortable. Cleaning staff woke us up several times like they didnt know it was being occupied. I little bother some but it was ok.

Superb

Liked: Free breakfast, nice staff, clean pool and room.
Disliked: The elevators were a little jerky. Mirror was broken on closet door, no microwave.

Liked: The location was really close to all the activities we wanted to do. The breakfast was really good!!!
Disliked: Nothing

Bad

Liked: 2 rooms were reserved. Then one room was cancelled because of plan changed . It was cancelled within the cancellation period. But they charged me for 2 rooms. I have contacted both booking. Com and Hyatt. None of them have refunded me yet . Booking.com repeatedly said it would be followed up but none sent me any update. The only thing happened was kept sending me the customer service rating .
