We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Liked: Courteous, helpful staff; lovely rooms; convenient location.
Disliked: No microwave.

Disappointed in the lack of...

Liked: The fact that they had an outdoor pool but we were not happy that we were not told that the heater was broke for our stay as the pool was a big reason for our stay here. The pool was far too cold to swim in without it being heated while we were there.
Disliked: The fact that the pool heater was not working and we were not made aware at time of booking or prior to arrival. We stayed at this hotel mainly because it had a heated outdoor pool. We felt trick into staying there by leading us to believe it had a working heated outdoor pool.

No frills, but everything we...

Liked: Accommodating, friendly staff. Location was excellent for Stockyard access.
Disliked: Very standard room for the price point. Pool was very small. Not much else happening at the hotel.

We were relaxed and enjoyed...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the times were perfect.The 12:00 check out time alone would make me come back.You could not ask for a better location, perfect for families there to enjoy the Stockyards.The ice cold available water 24 hours a day was key!
Disliked: The tv in the bedroom is poorly located, there should be two, one for the beds and one in the living room area. The screen on the tv in our room was damaged, so we couldn't really use it.I would also have liked it if there were drawers for putting away clothing.
