Liked: The lobby was very nice and clean and looked updated.
Disliked: Our room was a little outdated and wallpaper coming off the walls. I’m sure our room wasn’t the unit one. Also the people on the floor above us was loud and running around the room. Very disrespectful.

Liked: The checkin was easy, check out was easy. Guest services was helpful. The size of the room was great and clean. The not so comfortable part was the bed and shower.

Liked: The staff were A+. Kind, professional and helpful with dinner suggestionsBreakfast was included and plentiful . A very large area, so didn’t feel crowded, a plus.
Disliked: The linens and bed pillows were terrible. Sheets were very “pilled”, pillows not fresh.

Liked: Staff was pleasant. Nice to have a pool and fitness center available. We used both
Disliked: The hallways were very dark and the carpet smelled. I dont mind that the facility was a bit dated but there are little things that could have easily been better such as: there was a stain on my comforter, the extra blankets was ripped, only one set of towels in the room even though in our reservation it was for 3 people. When I called down to the front desk, the phone itself was grimmie. We enjoyed our time at the pool but there were a few lounge chairs which were rusty and some you could not move the back rest as it was rusted in place?? Over the years we have always use Haytt Place esepcially when we our kids were younger. The rooms were perfect - large and clean. And like I said in the begining, I dont mind that it was dated but there way to many things that should not have been an issue and yet they were. Staff were approachable.
