Pre cruise hotel stay

Liked: Bartender over at Hyatt House (Melissa) was awesome! She took good care of us and makes excellent drinks!
Disliked: Room layout was a little odd. Shower was terrible. Poor water pressure.

It was ok but I...

Liked: We liked the location, the gym and swimming pool.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that there wasn't any gluten free option for breakfast which was included with the accommodation. I'm intolerant to gluten so the only thing I could eat was fruit. That's not very inclusive!! The room wasn't cleaned properly and we had 2 days in a row where the room wasn't cleaned so I had to complain. Staff at the reception were not helpful at all...
