Liked: Its location. Away from the busy corners but still close enough to get everything we enjoy.
Disliked: The front desk?s training is poor. Management needs to do a better job. You need to fill out one sheet of paper if you want to have your room cleaned the next day. The front desk never told me until it was too late. You need to fill out a separate sheet for EACH day that if you want to have your room cleaned EACH day when you are there. The front desk again failed to tell me until it was too late.

Not what we expected.
Liked: Clean facility. Nice staff.
Disliked: This hotel is not at LGA airport. The name is deceiving. It is in the middle of China town in Flushing. About a 15 minute cab ride from the airport. The front desk staff failed to inform us of a few things. The fact that you need your room key to use the elevator. That little tidbit would have aided in our confusion! Secondly you need to request housekeeping service. Really? You have to fill out a form to request if/how you want your room cleaned. Never heard of that and we certainly were not told upon check in. No room service either.Breakfast only went until 9:30. Should be until 10:30 or so as many people came to eat at 9:30. We missed breakfast the first day because we didn?t get up until 9am. By the time we showered and got ready, we were too late to eat. In summary, we paid a lot of money for a hotel that didn?t meet our expectations. I will say that it was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Liked: Location clean, spacious room and the roof top bar was excellent.
Disliked: Shuttle bus service infrequent and not to tennis, few staff at breakfast, poor expression coffee
