Liked: The pool and the staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was just like an afterthought. No effort was put into the food prep. Coffee was bad. Hot water was not hot. Scrambled eggs were late arriving and dry with no seasoning. No microwave made it a requirement to spend more eating out each day because we couldn’t reheat anything. The mini fridge was barely able to chill drinks , even at the coldest temperature setting. No The coordination of the payment between the hotel and booking.com created a situation where a large amount of money was held on my card even though my receipt said my full payment had already been paid to booking.com. Fortunately I had room to spare on the credit card until this got resolved days later. I was told to check with my bank to see if the payment had gone through. Once confirmed, I was told to contact booking.com. Because the hotel had not been paid. There is no way to contact booking.com. I gave my card again to the hotel to pay, was helpless and unsure if I would end up paying twice for the same stay.
