Hyatt Place Florence Downtown

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The lady bartender on Saturday night (I can't remember her name), was the epitome of southern hospitality! She was attentive, warm and friendly. She did a great job in preparing a Long Island Iced Tea for my husband and a signature cocktail for me. She was the star of Hyatt Place!
Disliked: We went down to breakfast 5 minutes after the buffet was open and the scrambled eggs were cold and watery. There were no napkins at the food stations and the food attendant who was being overworked in running both the front desk and the buffet area could only provide hard paper from a paper roll for napkins.

Liked: Housekeeper was very nice and when I had the do not disturb sign on it was very nice that no one came and knocked on the door and no one gave me a wake up call to tell me that I had to leave at 12:00 because I already know that
Disliked: There was blood on the elevator I don't know if there's a night housekeeper but it would be nice to have somebody on call to be able to clean that up
