Liked: Everyone there was very nice made sure they were very polite. The room was very nice and cleaned. The pool was very clean and the breakfast was also very nice. Everything was very nice.

Liked: It was close to the hiking trails that we went to
Disliked: I was told it was going to be $230. My credit card says 280.They were going to charge me for breakfast. I told them that I signed up on Booking. com. It said breakfast included.

Disappointing

Liked: We’ve been using this hotel for family gatherings since it was built. Our previous experiences actually brought us back and led us to recommend this property to other people/family visiting the area.
Disliked: When we arrived there was no power due to an area outage. Which we overlooked and decided to stay anyway. Our room smelled bad, like a strong urine was soaked into the carpet or furniture. Despite spraying scented room spray and informing several employees, nothing helped or was done about it. The water was also turned off during our stay.
