Liked: I like the living room area. It made the room that much more comfortable. I feel the espresso bar also added extra value to the hotel as well.
Disliked: There is no microwave in the room. But there was access to a microwave in the lobby at least.

Stay for the price, not...

Liked: Price point for stay was great
Disliked: Location was odd, kinda deters you from going out.seems like everything os off the highway. Being a non pork eater is why I enjoy the Hyatt, they serve turkey sausage. Sadly there was none until Sunday, and those were gross, and cold. More options would be nice. And those eggs are disgusting. The beds were comfy but I'm sure as much money as the Hyatt makes, yall can afford better pillows from Walmart.

Will stay here again

Liked: Andrea is an angel. She was sooo sweet, personable and a pleasure to meet. Their was a canadian soccer team dominating one of the breakfast rooms and she made sure that they had the space to go over their game day strategy and made room for guests to eat. She made our stay that much more wonderful. I also loved that they had a peloton bike and peloton on the smart TV in the room. Made it very easy to get a work out in. The morning breakfast was a nice touch. Great way to start the day. Everything from bagels and toast to Eggs and sausage to donuts and coffee. Their was such a wonderful scent in the halls. I was on the second floor so no sure if all floors smelled the same.We booked into this Hyatt after spending a night at the Riu Times Square Manhattan. Although that was a luxury hotel experience and super clean and modern. The beds here were much more comfortable, service here was much personable and we had much more space and a yummy breakfast.
Disliked: Small gym but workable. Could be upgraded a touch but doesn’t take away from the clean aesthetic and good, welcoming experience.
