Liked: Checkin was smooth and quick. Room was clean with great lighting, comfortable beds, and a welcoming decor. Breakfast was stellar.
Disliked: Wish we were told at checkin that extra/overflow parking was in the parking garage across the street.

Liked: Centrally located, very clean, kind staff - an ideal home base for exploring the East Bay.
Disliked: Walls are thin and if it's busy out and you are a late sleeper you might wake up to hallway noise.

Passable

Disliked: I got HORRIBLE bed bug bites all over my back, arm and face. It is awful. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great but I would not return because of the bed bugs.

We had a wonderful stay!!

Liked: The location was great with easy access to restaurants, shops and to you were within 10 minutes of San Francisco! The view from our room was amazing - looking directly out to the Bay, and the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges! Our room had a King sized bed, with a pullout couch (as an option) and had plenty of room. Everything appeared to be updated, beautiful, and clean. The staff was friendly. We even got a full hot breakfast included in our stay, which was wonderful! Parking was easy and convenient!
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't enjoy, but there wasn't the option to have room service and there wasn't a pool/hot-tub. However, everything else was great!
