Liked: Everything was clean and looked very nice. Loved the room and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good too!

Liked: location was good, we were in the middle of shopping, and the family members that we visited. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: When we checked in we had to switch rooms because the bed was not made up. But we did get help right away and we were put in a room right next to where we already were.We were told our room would be cleaned every other day but they did not clean our room all they did was bring us clean towels. They did not vacuum the room, they did not wipe down any counter and they did not make the bed. I think it is a little older, the door to our room would get stuck so it was hard to open. The elevator also was old and felt like we were going to get stuck each time we were in it.

Disliked: Staff are extremely rude especially those who work at the front desk. Very disappointed with my stay. Bathroom was very small.
