Very pleasant stay

Liked: The staff was very courteous and helpful. At check in, the clerk was pleasant and addressed me as "Mr. H________" several times which was professional and appreciated. The room was spacious and very comfortable as was the bedding and multiple pillows. Really liked the walk in shower and sofa in the room. Breakfast was a nice surprise. It was far beyond many hotels in terms of food item offerings and quality. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Surpassed all of my expectations....

Liked: Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and hospitable. Coming from Europe, it felt amazing to be greeted by smiles all day long. The bed was very comfortable also, and my room was huge. Nice size gym as well. I loved that it was open 24 hours a day since I was so jet lagged.
Disliked: Not making the room every night. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day I came back and shower was not touched with a dirty towel on the floor.

Liked: Staff was friendly, food was good - free breakfast always works! The Wi-Fi was easy to access - traveling for work, this is a major plus. Restaurants on site are added plus. Really good selection.

Liked: Cleanliness and service. LA and Noel I think? Were absolutely amazing and accommodated us entirely. We want to come back solely because of them. I mean that.
