Restful Night at the Hayatt...

Liked: Friendly Staff, good facilities, clean, fresh room, good toiletries, sheets and towels. All one needs for a stop over during travells

Free shuttle service to/from airport...

Liked: We were transiting to another city. Hyatt Place is close to the airport. Though the hotel is not within walking distance, free shuttle service is provided to fit well your arrival and departure times.
Disliked: As the hotel is not within walking distance, it is better to remind customers of contacting the hotel after collecting the baggage for the shuttle. More instructions for getting to the pickup point at the airport are needed.
