Liked: The room was great , we were upgraded on arrival. The hotel is close to the beach, and close to restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast was very ordinary

The stay was good except...

Liked: The location is good and it’s a block from the beach.
Disliked: 2 days in a row came back to our room from the beach at 5:00pm and there had been no maid service to the room. Had to find someone from housekeeping and had to ask for towels so we could shower. Was told they were running behind. Left for dinner for the evening but when returning around 11:00pm found the room still hadn’t been serviced. I went to the desk the next morning to ask them to please make sure our room would be taken care of and was told they would make sure it was done. Again when we returned from the beach that day we find that the same thing happened and had to find housekeeping to get clean towels again. I was not happy that this happened but twice is unacceptable. Upon check out I brought this to the manager’s attention but all I got from her was “sorry this happened “. There was no compensation for the inconvenience.

Liked: Great breakfast and close to beach. Also, having the beach on the bay was nice for the kids. Front desk lady was great and had wonderful customer service.
Disliked: Indoor pool was kind of dirty, no clean towels. We had to ask the cleaning ladies for new towels and trash bags each day as the room wasn’t cleaned. I think all guests should be allowed to access the outside upper deck pool, or the hotel should create an option for guests not staying in the suites to additionally pay for access to the outdoor pool.

Liked: The whole place was comfortable and staff was wonderful and helpful. Best beach stay ever!

My stay was adventurous.

Liked: The property was clean and spacious. It was close to restaurants, bars and the beach was one block away.
Disliked: Upon checking in there were no transport carts available so we had to carry everything to our room. However, the man that checked me in did have a cart when I was coming back from my car with my arms full of bags and as I was going to used the cart he said it was being reserved. I didn’t know you could reserve carts. I was disappointed that he didn’t let me use it for just 3 minutes as my room was located just down the hall.
