Liked: Breakfast, clean rooms
Disliked: One of the staff informed me that there was only one king room left but in the middle and one of the smaller fire escape rooms. I find pit 20 minutes later two girls were put in a larger king room right next to me. I was not very happy so went downstairs to talk to the hotel clerk I spoke with that I was informed that there was indeed more than 1 king room available and that the same guy has told the other two guests they were only at 65% capacity. He would not work with me anymore and told me to either keep the room or leave. Besides that o love this hotel. However another con is that there are No pools or jacuzzi rooms

Liked: Location was amazing! 5 minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Free parking was a bonus! The room was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: My friend got the exact same room but paid $100 less than the hotel charged me. The walls are super thin, people were filing a noise complaint on me, but we were just sitting in the room talking. I could hear other room?s alarm clocks going off in the morning and people running in the hallway.

WORST stay I ever had...
Liked: Location was about the only positive thing I have to say for this hotel.Their management staff definitely need a course in "customer satisfaction" Breakfast was decent considering they had to individually package everything due to covid.
Disliked: Stayed here during Covid lockdown, and it seems that the hotel didn't know how to stick to the rules of how many people per room. Allowed wild parties with young people running through the hallways drinking, smoking and screaming. Battery died on the door lock system. locking us out. Waited a good half hour for anyone to respond while having to endure the partying folks. Hotel eventually provided a new room but left a bad taste. Told us they would contact Booking.com to refund our room. NEVER happened. No one from senior management bothered to follow up. Will NEVER stay at this location again, or any other Hyatt Place facility due to the uncaring response of management. Covid or not, customer satisfaction is important. Now more than ever

Central location makes this the...
Liked: It was helpful to have an individually contained hot breakfast entree available (scrambled eggs with bacon one morning, potatoes and sausages the next) along with boxed cereal, packaged muffins, juice containers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having a computer to print out my boarding pass was very helpful. Good central location for the visits I needed to make. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight so during busier times, it would be difficult. Bathroom floor wasn?t as clean as I expected. Refrigerator and HVAC were both too noisy. I?d prefer to have windows that opened.
