Liked: Comfortable bed, nice looking hotel, good pool
Disliked: Double charged myself and the family checking in before me for security deposits and doing nothing to compensate

Liked: The young man who checked us in was so kind he was smiling and helped us in all around good visit
Disliked: The water took far too long to heat, and I asked for clean towels, but the night lady refused.

Overall it was a good...

Liked: There was a cockroach in our room that I had to remove! The TV has limited channels and didn’t have CBS! Only six channels. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 5th floor and was never fixed!
