Stay was great. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub - everything else was great. Friendly staff; clean.

Disliked: The bath tub was very slick and no mat - I stepped in and went to get my soap and slipped and fell and hit the tile floor - I told the front desk and they said “we have bath mats” - the mattress was horrible as were the pillows

Poor Communication

Disliked: Tried several times to change booking and was unsuccessful. The hotel would not respond after multiple attempts to extend stay dates and then still charged me for original booking. I had to book elsewhere because of the lack of communication. I emailed, called, and booking.com reached out to update stay. Poor communication.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from getting us extra coffee, pillows, and blankets, as well as greating us each time they saw them around the facilities.
Disliked: We were told Hyatt was having a system wide issue so often our keys didn't work to get into our rooms, or the pool, so we'd have to walk down to the front desk to get our keys reset. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. It being summer, there were quite a few people staying at the hotel for weddings, and as such, around 11pm the halls were loud with talking and doors slamming.

Liked: The bed. The size of the room. Price and location to for our shopping weekend.
Disliked: The room had stains on the floors and the bathroom was not properly cleaned as it had hairs on the shower which I cleaned myself. A place to stay for tournament teams and families, but I won’t return as a couple wanting to have a relaxing stay.
