Liked: The property is nice, seems well maintained. Rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: Staff were often absent from the desk. They offer Starbucks coffee but staff members are sometimes reluctant to make them. The pet fee they charge is quite high at $75US.

An okay experience that should...
Disliked: The orange juice was more water than juice. The front desk staff did not set expectations properly when housekeeping ran low on towels.

Fine if needing somewhere cheaper...
Disliked: There was a light outside that shined on the side of the building, it would go off and on constantly and was a real distraction when trying to sleep. The blinds were not thick enough to block it. Customer service at the front desk was tedious, very few people knew what their job was and I had to wait for a manager a few times to get things resolved and even then they did not know. I was pending charged multiple times for things I did not order and when questioned all mgmt could say was, “it’s a glitch”. I could not change the card on file once setup which is unacceptable.

Got sleep but wasn't happy...
Disliked: I booked a specific room that was unavailable when I arrived. The location told me to take it up with booking.com if I had an issue. Why waste my time
