Great place to stay. Comfortable. Spacious. Parking. Clean. Full breakfast.

Liked: It was pretty cheap.
Disliked: I didn't like the parking situation. Its a straight up scam. The furnishings are straight out of the 90s. Not updated, felt old and smelled old.

Disliked: It was so loud, the windows did nothing to buffer against outside noise, we were right out side the ice machine and again it was so loud it sounded like the machine was in the room with us.

Liked: The staff was friendly and upon entering the hotel ot seemed nice. Breakfast presentation looked nice however after our experience we didnt not stay to have any.
Disliked: The staff was very friendly. Walking in the hotel "seemed" nice. The elevators were a little run down. As soon as we got off the elevator we were hit with a musky/cigarette smell. Carpets were were really stained in hallway. We got into our room, it didn't smell as bad as the hallway but as soon as we turned the ac on it did. Bathroom was clean minus some debris in the shower. The bed was comfortable but we stayed above on comforter bc the sheets were extremely worn and almost see through in some of the areas. The couch had stains all over. It was a twin pullout and didnt state that on the description on website. The pullout was extremely uncomfortable but had to make it work. The room seemed run down with chuncks of wood taken out on all over the furniture, headboard was dusty. We were woken up at 6am with the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ac unit. The bathroom was way worse. So we checked out as soon as we could after packing up. Extremely disappointing stay. Website stated there was no refund but after such an awful stay I will be disputing. I was also not aware there was a 30 dollar charge for parking.

Wonderful hotel for convention attendees....

Liked: Loved the room, the friendly reception and the location.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better: I'd prefer no plastic forks and paper plates.

Was hoping for a better...

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress on the king size bed was very uncomfortable (it felt old).
