Liked: The location was great, it felt safe and there was shopping and food options close by. The employees were friendly
Disliked: The room A/C didn't get very cold. The shower in our room backed up. The refrigerator did not get very cold and was off when we arrived, and it took all night to get cold.There was only one elevator, and we were on the 6th floor. It was frustrating, especially when the cleaning staff had to use it and during busy times.The "sister hotel's pool was out of order, so we had to share the very small pool with another hotel, which was VERY crowded at times. The breakfast area was small and crowded, and seating was hard to find.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us. They were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

If I ever come back,...

Liked: Our stay here was great. The room was nice, large and clean. The morning buffet was also very good and the staff kept it clean and stocked. Location also was ideal, there were lots of store very close.
Disliked: There was one fellow working the front desk that wouldn't let me keep a pen, he was pretty weird, other than it's a recommended stay.
