This was a great hotel experience! The room was a great size with a small living room and bar area. The double beds were super comfy. Great continental breakfast and the hotel has a pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Breakfast & location were great for us
Disliked: The lobby area and entry had a terrible smell. Thursday night when we checked in the smell was putrefying. As the weekend approached the smell was less pungent but still lingered a little. Our room was clean & smelled fine on the 4 th floor. It was just the first floor that was very unpleasant

Liked: The rooms are comfortable, the location is great and for those who like early mornings exercise, the various trails are an added perk!
Disliked: One desk clerk had an attitude that I found to be unwelcome.perhaps she was having a bad day...

Liked: Breakfast was awesome and never ran out of anything. Fresh and hot.
Disliked: The smell when we checked in was horrendous. Smelt like fish was cooked in a microwave. Pot fumes were coming through the Room next to ours. Only one elevator was working the entire time.

Disliked: WiFi is extremely poor and unsecured as it does not allow iCloud Private Relay. Breakfast is poor and far below expectations.

Terrible service
Disliked: As soon as we arrived the front desk manager informed that their elevators are not working and they only have room available on 6th floor. I was with my 80 year old aunt, who is using wheelchair and not able to climb stairs. He still charged my card and said it’s not his problem and if we don’t like it - we should leave!! And it was 11 pm. We had to call police, they arrived and advised to go to another hotel and also asked the manager to return my money. Do you think it’s okay to get disrespected, kicked out in the middle of the night and also booking.com refused to help with the refund???
