Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

This was a great hotel experience! The room was a great size with a small living room and bar area. The double beds were super comfy. Great continental breakfast and the hotel has a pool. We will definitely stay here again!

A nice facility but understaffed...

Liked: The location was good for us, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: It seemed understaffed. We had to ask twice after we arrived for a crib we requested when booking. Housekeeping was sporadic and not thorough (didn’t clean the bathroom, left dirty dishes in the sink), and also had to be requested multiple times. At breakfast, we often waited for food and coffee to be replenished and there weren’t enough places to sit until, after we stood around for a while, they opened a conference room.

Liked: The only disapointment and it's a big one for me the breakfast was cool to cold. The cut fruit was frozen in ice. the eggs were cool not yet warmed when served.

Liked: I was given a room for a disabled person. Small shower with safety bars making it hard to even move. The front desk guy was not the friendliest. I got there before check I so I had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Two people checked in after I did and were given rooms right away
Disliked: One elevator was not working and the one working took forever. This has been an ongoing problem with this hotel. I stayed there before and the elevator was broken then too!
