Liked: Very nice room and very clean
Disliked: The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. You have to pay a 15.00 parking fee for a parking lot that is not secure. My greatest issue was that the shower floor was so slick , I was afraid I was going to fall.

Disappointing

Disliked: The fridge in the room was loud. Couldn’t sleep because of it. They don’t want to the take Apple Pay but their terminal is Apple Pay capable and when I touched my phone quickly to the terminal it actually charged my card. Someone figure this out please! This is 2025!!!

Liked: Its location was good. The breakfast was also satisfactory. The room was clean and nice. We really liked the hotel.
Disliked: When I first told my name to a front desk person to check in, after checking for my name, she said, "we don't have a reservation for you." Her response surprised me. Her question should have been, "Do you have a reservation number?" I believe she did not enter my name correctly, so I wrote down my name, and she found it. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly.
